Returns Policy

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or refund in the form of City W. Store Credit. All returns must be authorized—please contact us before sending merchandise: cityw@cityworkshopmsc.com.

Return conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging attached.  
  • Items must be free of stains, odors, perfume, deodorant, or damage.  
  • Footwear must be unworn, in its original, undamaged shoe box, with tags attached. Shoe boxes must be shipped inside a secondary box to prevent damage.  
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We strongly recommend insured shipping with proof of delivery; City W. is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.

Non-returnable / Final sale

  • Undergarments, socks, hats, belts, gloves, apothecary, accessories, candles, sunglasses, jewelry, watches, books and gift cards.  
  • Sale items in the “Adios Amigas” section.  
    These items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations of online orders incur a 5% cancellation fee.  
  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have shipped.

How to return

  1. Email cityw@cityworkshopmsc.com to request authorization before returning any item.
  2. Ship returns to:
